Every year, 100,000 babies don't make it to their first birthday because of CHD.

Save the Heartbeat is a nonprofit organization that fights to improve the lives of those affected by congenital heart disease (CHD). CHD is the most common birth defect worldwide, affecting nearly 1 in every 100 babies born. A child is two times more likely to die from congenital heart disease than from all forms of childhood cancers combined, yet CHD receives only one-fifth of the funding. We strive to raise funds that assist in advocating for early detection, increasing awareness, and engaging in community outreach. We are also committed to contributing funds to institutions that specialize in CHD research and early detection programs.

In order to raise funds for the above causes, we teamed up with trusted jewelry designer, Tony Bashoura, to create a custom-designed Heartbeat jewelry. Wearing the Diamond, Heart of Gold, and Stirling Silver lines is a great way to spread CHD awareness and contribute to a worthy cause that is severely underfunded. This line was inspired by our Founders' son, Remington, who was born with a CHD known as transposition of the great arteries in 2013. Whether you or someone you love has been affected by heart disease, you work in the medical field, or perhaps it's just your way of expressing your love for someone, every heartbeat piece sold helps save the life of someone born with CHD.

Not interested in buying a piece of jewelry but still want to donate? We graciously accept online and cash donations of any amount. No amount is too small to make a difference in the life of someone battling CHD.

Our mission: Fighting to improve the lives of those affected by congenital heart disease, one heartbeat at a time...

Save the Heartbeat is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  Our tax id number for donations and purchases is: 81-2470378.
